  1. foolery says:

I have tried 3 times to create a cause, after entering all the information
properly and editing and reviewing it, I lost the form 3 times, the last 2 times were from an improper picture format. What’s wrong with you company, i thought Sean Parker was involved with this company. Obviously he didn’t design the registration process.

Remember who your user on this are, a starving activist trying to launch a cause, frustrated, broke and up late at night using your tools. If you want us to use this, you should be able to save a field.
Also get a phone that is accessible, you have at least 15 employees, they obviously don’t believe in talking to your customers. Craig Newmark, still picks up the phone.

  2. I can not figure out how to get the causes toolbar to donate money to my cause.
I downloaded the toolbar, have performed a few hundred searchs over the past week or two, and I don’t see a single penny, let alone the $2 or $3 for my causes.
    Any advice would be appreciated.
