Have you talked to the superstars on your cause yet? Go to your cause’s Members tab and click “Hall of Fame” for a list of the individuals who have recruited the most people, donated the most money, and fundraised the most from their friends. This list is an organizers dream – it identifies your most enthusiastic supporters and which of your members are influential Facebook users. Click on their names to thank them for their efforts and ask for their help in the last week of the Giving Challenge. Try asking them to donate $10 a day until Friday or to get all of their recruits to give $10. Not only will this be a compliment to them, but that relationship may turn that person into a lifetime donor or future volunteer. You can also reveal the true potential of your cause members – your #20 recruiter might be a great graphic designer or your #5 fundraiser might have a knack for writing inspiring bulletins.
