Giving Challenge Tip of the Day: Share responsibility

With only four days left in the Giving Challenge, it’s time to pull out all the stops! In order to make your final campaign for the award money more coordinated and efficient, share the responsibility by adding other cause administrators. Ask your most active cause members to help manage the cause. Give people titles and assign them tasks, such as welcoming new members, posting and sharing media items, and thanking donors. By delegating different tasks to multiple cause administrators, you can accomplish more in the few days left in the Challenge as well as make sure you are posting the best material and thanking everyone you can. This will also inspire the new cause administrators to continue to be super activists and advocates for your cause.
To add a new cause administrator, click on the “Admin Center” of the cause. There, click the “Admins” tab on the left and search the cause by the cause member’s name. To thank new members, click on the “Members” tab. There you’ll find a list of everyone who has joined the cause. You can click on the name of the new cause member and leave them a Care Note on their Impact Page thanking them welcoming them to the cause!
