Have you visited your Causes Home page yet? Visit http://apps.facebook.com/causes/ to see your action-packed home page which tracks everything you’ve done to help the causes you care about!  Better yet, it helps you stay active in your favorite causes by tracking your activity each month and showing you what actions you can take to make a difference.  Your Causes Home page doesn’t just give you credit for what you do – joining causes, signing petitions, donating, watching videos, and thanking your friends – it also counts how many of your friends take action because of you!  Did you get 10 friends to watch a video about relief efforts in Haiti or get 26 friends to donate to your Birthday Wish? An amazing thing about acting through Causes is how it connects to all of your friends on Facebook.  Not only do they see your actions on their Facebook home page, but you can also easily ask them to get involved and act themselves.  Whether you are feeling a little competitive or just want to know which of your friends is a super-activist this month, check out the Top Friends section to see who you know is taking action to help their favorite causes.  Support your friends by giving them props or writing messages on their Activist Profiles, all from your Causes Home page!

Thanks for joining a cause you care about. Now check out http://apps.facebook.com/causes to re-engage with your causes and start turning your passion for the cause into action that makes a difference.

  1. Causes will continue to be plagued by detractors, until the managers there overcome the kludgy and opaque interface, lack of photo albums, inability to post videos without outside links, and confusing bulletin interface.
