Use the “Account” link in the upper right-hand side of the Partner Center to manage your account.
• You can change the username and password for your account.
• You can change or update the private contact for the account here. Causes uses the private contact you provide to verify your organization’s information and provide relevant updates. You can also manage what kinds of emails you receive from Causes by going to “Email Notifications.”
• You can also change or update the Facebook accounts associated with your nonprofit account from this tab. When you add affiliate causes, your organization is added as an administrator of those causes. In order to access the administrator tools, you need to add Facebook accounts to your nonprofit account. Once you have listed a Facebook account, any time that person edits the cause, posts a bulletin, or uses the other administrator tools, the action will be credited to your nonprofit.

Sirs, you already approved this 501(c)(3) about a week ago, and I created a Children’s H.E.L.P. page associated with my other page, Home, James! California + my Profile, drtimjames. I’ve had the hardest time navigating Causes. In fact, although I have posted Children’s H.E.L.P. on my Cause, it never shows up…only other huge charities. There must be something wrong with your system. I’ve invested 4-5 days x 5-6 hrs each trying to figure out how to make our Children’s H.E.L.P. appear as my Cause. Help? Thx. drtimjames. I am now the First South African Indian to climb to the Everest to 6150m in aid of CANSA and Cancer Survivors.
